  • Customers must have a valid PayPal account or use the guest checkout option provided by PayPal to complete their transactions.
  • At this time, we do not accept direct credit/debit card payments, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery. All transactions must be processed through PayPal for security and efficiency.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay securely through PayPal using a debit or credit card. Simply choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" on the PayPal payment page.

2. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through PayPal’s encrypted payment gateway, ensuring the highest level of security and fraud protection.

Upon checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to authorize and complete your payment. This process helps protect both the buyer and the seller from fraudulent transactions.

Once payment is successfully completed, PayPal will issue an electronic receipt, and you will receive an order confirmation email from HOMEDECORATIONUK containing your order details.

We do not store, access, or process your credit card or banking details, as all financial transactions are securely handled by PayPal.

3. Order Confirmation & Billing Details

After successfully completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order summary, including:

4. Currency & Pricing

All transactions are processed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

The prices displayed on our website include applicable VAT (where required) and are final at checkout.

For international customers using PayPal with a non-GBP currency, PayPal will automatically apply currency conversion at their exchange rate. We are not responsible for exchange rate variations or any additional charges imposed by PayPal.

Refunds typically may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank and PayPal’s policies

  • Unauthorized chargebacks initiated through PayPal may result in:

  • Reporting of the case to PayPal’s dispute resolution center

7. Failed Payments & Order Cancellation
