At BR Home Decoration, we aim to deliver every order safely, sustainably, and on time. Once your order is confirmed, it is processed and shipped within the estimated timeline below. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and product type.
Order Processing Time
All orders are reviewed and processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same working day; orders placed after the cut-off are processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- FREE Standard Delivery on UK mainland orders over £75
- Standard Delivery: £3.95 on orders under £75
- Express Next-Day: £7.95
- Saturday Delivery: £9.95
- Large / Furniture items: from £19.95 (calculated at checkout)
Delivery Service Areas
We currently deliver to all UK mainland addresses, including England, Scotland, Wales, and most of Northern Ireland. Some remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands) may incur additional charges or longer lead times — these will always be displayed at checkout before you pay.
Tracking & Order Updates
Customers will receive order updates through email, SMS, or WhatsApp where applicable. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll get a tracking link to follow its journey to your door. You can also track your order here using your Order ID.
Delay Information
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or stock-checks for high-value items. If your order is taking longer than expected:
