Our Five Commitments
1. Responsibly-Sourced Materials
100% of our wood is FSC-certified or reclaimed. Our metals are recycled. Our textiles are OEKO-TEX or organic-cotton certified. No exceptions.
2. Maker-Direct, Not Mass-Produced
We partner with small workshops across the UK and Europe. Shorter supply chains mean fewer miles, fewer middlemen, and more money in makers’ pockets.
3. Carbon-Neutral Delivery
Every UK order is carbon-offset via verified woodland-restoration projects in Yorkshire and Scotland. So far we’ve funded the planting of 12,500+ native trees.
4. Plastic-Free Packaging
Our parcels use FSC-certified cardboard, paper void-fill, and biodegradable tape. Zero plastic. Zero polystyrene.
5. Built to Last (and Be Repaired)
Every piece is designed to last decades, not seasons. Our Lifetime Repair programme means we’ll fix qualifying items at cost — just contact us.

Doing More
Sustainability is a journey, not a destination. Our 2027 goals include B-Corp certification, a 100% take-back & recycle programme, and Scope 3 emissions reporting. We’ll share our annual Impact Report each spring.
