We want you to love your BR Home Decoration purchase. If you don’t, returning it is simple.
Our 30-Day Promise
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Log in to My Account and select “Request Return” on the relevant order.
- We’ll email you a prepaid returns label within 24 hours.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Drop it off at any UK Post Office — no postage to pay.
Refund Timeline
- We process returns within 2 working days of receipt.
- Refunds appear on your original payment method within 3–5 working days after processing.
- You’ll receive an email at each stage.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, place a new order and return the unwanted item separately for a refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours at hello@brhomedecoration.co.uk with photos — we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.
Items We Can’t Accept
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (unless faulty)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original, resaleable condition
Your statutory rights are not affected.
